Alexandre Debs

 

I am Assistant Professor of Political Science and Economics at the University of Rochester since July 2007. My primary field of interest is Political Economy.

I am a member of the Advisory Committee at the Wallis Institute of Political Economy and I am a co-organizer of the Wallis Working Group and the Wallis Seminar Series on Political Economy.

My research focuses on the political economy of dictatorship, development and war. I teach undergraduate and graduate courses on political economy, the history of thought in economics and political science and applied game theory.
