Bio

I am an assistant professor of political science at the University of Rochester. For the 2009-2010 academic year, I am a visiting fellow at the Institution for Social and Policy Studies at Yale University. My research interests include voting behavior, legislative institutions, electoral systems, methodology, and formal theory.
